A Present (Gift Card Holder)

Well, hello there! Are you a present?

You ARE a present! :-)

See that LD Peppermint Holiday Tags & Frames set? They see tags, I see Gift Card Holder!

In MTC, trace the present image (with texture) and then add a rectangle the size of a gift card. Adjust the size of the the present so that the gift card fits in it. In this case, I just reduced the size of the imported image (and texture) by 50%. Delete the rectangle when you have decided on the size of the holder.

Print-and-Cut with MTC to get the 3 needed layers.

Run the ATG so that the tape does not get into the space where the gift card is supposed to go. I applied tape on only 3 sides .

Apply glitter to the bow cutout and affix to the middle layer with foam tape.

Ta-da! A Super quick Gift Card Holder. Everybody say it with me, " Easy Peasy  Lemon Squeezy!"

Now go make a gift card holder too. ;-)

  2. What a great idea! I'll have to try this. I really like the Peppermint Holiday set. I'm going to try P&C with a different printer since I can't seem to get it to work with my HP. Thanks for the inspiration!
