Aloha, Jin. I just bought my Cameo and have some questions. How do you line up the mat in the Cameo? I'm will be using the 12X12 paper. Also, how do I change the mat size to 12X12. There's no selection of 12X12 on the Page workspace. And if I change the measurement, I can't select Portrait. And then I'm having problem with the blade. It doesn't come down and cannot use the rachet that it came with. I'm unable to turn the blade to whatever number I want to.
