Although the noodle salad was cold, it made me feel all warm inside. I was really grateful for her thoughtfulness and thankful for her friendship. Even more so when she mentioned that she too had taken some time to adjust to being alone when her youngest went to school.
To those of you who left your kind comments on my previous post, THANK YOU. I am sorry that some of you have gone through, or are going through this feeling of loneliness. Your words meant a lot and I take comfort in knowing that I am not alone in this.

Judy loves to bake and she's very good at it. For those of you who are new to my blog, I talked about Judy here, here, and here. I love that I only live one street away from her so that every now and then, I get to eat what she makes. Here are some pictures of Judy's treats. There were others (like her awesome madeleines) that I didn't take pictures of because the kids got to the goodies before I could grab my camera.
Did I tell you that I love Judy?
