{free downloads} Jin's Pop-up Thank You cards
After having showed you all the cards that I've made with Pop-up Card Studio, I'm starting to feel like I'm the only one having all the fun. So I made some for you to play with! Surely you didn't think I was going to leave you out of the pop-up card party, did you? ☺
The links to the downloads can be found at the end of this post. After you have downloaded and extracted the files, you will find the templates for 2 pop-up cards in 3 different formats- .studio, .mtc, and .svg.
I recommend that you use the file format for the program that you intend to use. For example, if you are using Make-the-Cut, please use the .mtc file, or if you are using Silhouette Studio, please use the included .studio file. This is because each file is optimized for the program and you will get the best results by using the appropriate file format.
Of the two cards included, one is for print-and-cut. Please note that only the registration marks and the word "thank" should be printed. This is how your print preview should look like if you use Silhouette Studio:
If you use Make-the-Cut, please close the eye for the score lines before printing so that those dashed marks are not printed. Be sure to open the eye again to un-hide that layer when you are really to cut.
This is how the print preview should look like if you are using Make-the-Cut:
Each card was designed to fit inside an A2 (5.5" x 4.25") card. After cutting out the template, just fold and adhere to the card base.
Click on the links below to download the cards. Enjoy!
thank YOU print-and-cut Pop-up card.
THANKS Pop-up card.

ReplyDeleteThank you so much! I am really starting to crave this new Popup program... If I already knew MTC, I bet I'd have bought it by now. I think the only thing holding me back is knowing that I'd have to make time for a new learning curve on top of the ones I'm already "riding."
ReplyDeleteThank you for these files! You are way ahead of me on the PCS learning curve!
ReplyDeleteThank you. Very cute card and I appreciate you sharing insights on this new popup card SW too. I'm interested, but hesitant as it seems so pricey.

ReplyDeleteThanks so much for sharing your popup cards. It may to be a while before I can buy PCS and make my own popup cards, too. I have downloaded the trial version, but can't cut or save.
ReplyDeleteThanks Jin! I loaded the studio file for the 'thanks' card and it says no cut lines. What did I miss?
ReplyDeleteThanks,
Nancy
I just downloaded the file and checked it for myself and the cut lines are there and the file is ready to be cut. Please be sure to load the .studio into Sil Studio instead of the SVG. If the cutting lines still do not show for you, just open the Cut Style window and select the whole image to cut. Before you send the image to cut, and just as a precaution (in case you have accidentally loaded the SVG), open the Line Style and make sure that the Line Thickness has been set to 0.00. Hope that helps. :)
DeleteNevermind...hit 'ungroup' and the lines showed up! :)
ReplyDeleteThanks!
Nancy

ReplyDeleteDan Prow here again. Where can I get some of these thank you popup cards for a client (1000 quantity). Can you produce them? Would like to get a sample. Thanks for your help.
ReplyDeleteHello Dan! Thank you for your interest. Unfortunately, I do not sell any pre-made cards but you are welcome to download the free template for your personal use.
DeleteThank you Jin, how about just the die cut insert? And if you don't, can you refer me to someone who could? Anyone in the community? Am having trouble finding someone to make them, but also need to make them for a client (not personal use).
