So I confess, I'm a little obsessed with everything that Nancy Kubo designs. I've already made cards and buttons with her latest Nancy's Valentine's Day graphic set, but I wanted to do more. One of my favorite things to make with my Silhouette Cameo is stickers and so I decided to make some with this set too.

Using Silhouette Studio Designer Edition, I came up with this: (see screenshot below)
I could squeeze four square groups (two 3.75"x3.75, and two 3"x3") of images on a letter-sized sticker sheet. To minimize wastage, I filled the blank spots with individual images.
To print-and-cut these out, I printed once, and cut twice. The first cut was a kiss-cut. That is when I set the Cameo to cut with less force so that the backing paper is not cut through. When the machine has finished kiss-cutting, without unloading the sticker and the cutting mat, I set the Cameo to cut a second time and with a stronger force. This time, it cuts the squares through backing paper.
I used the cut settings that I had mentioned previously and in several older posts. If you had missed them, you can find the settings in the post HERE.

Love It, as always!!! Linda
ReplyDeleteHi Jin,
ReplyDeleteI am new to the Silhouette so I had been learning from your video. Just like to ask how do you get the coloured background for the stickers ? I only know printing stickers on white sticker paper.
