The free file includes a printable PDF (for cutting out by hand) and graphics that you can trace with your cutting programs for print-and-cut. This is a screenshot of my Silhouette Studio (SSDE) virtual mat. I traced the envelopes and re-sized them to about the same size as those that were in the printable PDF. The envelope measures approximately 4" x 8" while each tag is roughly about 1.3" x 2.6"
