Woohoo! 1 million hits! Did y'all see that counter on the top right column? It hit 7-digits on Saturday night. What it means is that this blog has been viewed over a million times! ONE MILLION. That's wild, dude!
What better way to celebrate than a giveaway? I spent some time over the weekend wondering how we should do this and decided that instead of giving away a Lettering Delights gift certificate, how about I give away 10? That's right! This blog has hit a million pageviews and Jin has gone NUTS! Besides, isn't it more fun when there is more than one prize?
I'm giving away TEN $10 LD gift certs! That's ten prizes right there. *wink*
To enter in the giveaway, just comment below and tell me which is your favorite Jin Yong post/project/card/tutorial. If you can't decide, just pick any one from my gallery or tutorial page.
If you are a follower of this blog, you get to enter twice! Just make two comments and say you are a follower in your 2nd comment.
International readers are welcome to enter too.
Ten winners will be randomly picked to win a $10 Lettering Delights Gift Certificate each. This giveaway will end on Friday, Mar 30 and the winners will be announced on Saturday, Mar 31.
Good Luck!

ReplyDeleteCongratulations! What a fun milestone for you...My favorite project might be those owl bags.
ReplyDeleteI've also been a follower...
ReplyDeleteMy favorite tutorial (that I have used the most) is the Silhouette Studio tutorial: How to use Lettering Delights' Print-and-Cut files with Silhouette Studio. I love MTC, but I've got it figured out mostly. And sometimes the PNG files are just too big for it to handle. So the Silhouette Studio seems to do a better job in that respect.
ReplyDeleteI'm also a follower. Jin, your blog is the first one I read every morning. :-)
ReplyDeleteIt's hard to pick one, but the one I'm going to pick is the penguin shaped card. That was the very first project I did from your tutorials!
DeleteI love your blog and check it at least twice a day! Your tutorials are the first place I check if I can't figure out how to do something. One of my favorite projects/tutorials is the rosettes.
ReplyDeleteFollower on your blog too!

ReplyDeleteCongratulations on a MILLION!!! You deserve it for being such a great blogger!
ReplyDeleteCongrats Jun!!!! You are awesome so I wouldn't expect any less. My fav was ALL OF THEM but since I have to pick one it is the Frog Bookmarks....I made them for my grandson's class and for Hospice Children. Thank you
ReplyDeleteCongratulations Jin! There's so much inspiration here, I love your Fairytale Friends cards!

Congrats on One Million hits! My most favorite is the Penguin note card. That card was the first card that I made following your directions, first with MTC, first with Lettering Delights (even though I had lots of freebies downloaded--didn't know what to do with them!)and the first and only one I've displayed for a long time! It turned out so cute and was so much fun to do following your directions! Love all the others, too!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations! So hard to choose a favorite project. But I really loved the little pilgrim banner you did at Thanksgiving.

I would have to say that the "LD-MTC Beginner Series: How to use Pixel Trace in MTC" is my favorite because it was the first I followed, right after I got my software and wasn't sure where to begin. It convinced me I needed to learn more and I have never stopped!!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on a million hits!!! What an accomplishment!!!

ONE MILLION??? That is just incredible to even think about isn't it! I am new to "cutting" and I'm really loving all of your tutorials (as well as the notifications of items at Lettering Delights!) The MTC tutorials are my faves but I also like following along with how to use dingbats and make cupcake wrappers etc. I'd have to say one of my faves is How to use LD's Print-and-Cut files with MAKE-THE-CUT. Keep it up cause I need the help!
ReplyDeleteCongratiulations on having sooooo many hits!I love all your beautiful projects, but if I have to decide on one then it is the Valentine Mail Boxes.Thank you for the chance to win!

ReplyDeleteOne million! Wow - That's wonderful!!! Every time I visit your gallery, one card jumps out at me and I just love the layering of your Mother Elephant card. Have a Mama elephant with two babies is adorable, but layering it over the word Mother adds so much more. Thanks for the chance to win and for the continuing inspiration!

ReplyDeleteJin,
ReplyDeleteI love all your tutorials! It is so helpful to have the video/photo/written portions all wrapped into one. One of my favorites is your print and cut video. ReplyDeleteI love everything you do... but my favorite is the wobbly head lion!
ReplyDeleteGoodness,Jin, it is hard to pick just one. I love all the Silhouette helps you have given, the reviews and the tutorials, and the projects...hmmm...
ReplyDeleteWell if I have to pick just one it has to be the candy bar mummies in the coffins. I made a bunch of these with my teen granddaughter this year and everyone from little kids to grandmothers loved them. Even the guys thought they were awesome! I used a couple of Martha Steward Halloween Paper Packs and they turned out really cute.
I made a tube for the candy bar by rolling a strip of copy paper and taping then inserted the bar before adding the gauze. Then on the bottom end I made a little tab they could lift to open and remove the candy, leaving the little mummy intact so he could still be a decoration even after the goodies were gone. Everyone loved that too. I would never have thought of making these myself but they were the biggest hit and I will be doing them again!
I am a follower both on Facebook and via email. Thanks for a chance to win!
ReplyDeleteI'm a follower yep I do! It is hard to decide I really enjoy all your work but the one that made me big time smile and still does is Barry and Friends. The coffin too. Oh and Fangs so much!

Congrats on so many hits! :) You rock!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite? Has to be ALL of your Silhouette tutorials. Well, actually, if you want one single post it was your final review of the Gazelle. That was the first time I saw someone review it that seemed to mirror my experience - it felt so good to know I wasn't the only one. That was what led to me reading your Silhouette tutorials (and buying my own). I just *love* your tutorials and teaching style!
Hi Jin.

ReplyDeleteCongrats on such a huge accomplishment. Wow! I cannot possibly pick just one of your projects as my favorite. I love everything you do. I recently used your comparison of MTC against the Silhouette Designer upgrade to make my decision on what software I was going to run with my Cameo (arriving today!). I went with MTC and have been playing for a few days with it. Really happy. I can't live without layers. Thanks for the giveaway!

ReplyDeleteI LOVE and NEED your tutorials on using the Silhouette Cameo! YOU are the reason why I recently purchased my Cameo. I still have not used it, but I watch your videos ALL the time so I can be prepared when I do. :) I very much appreciate your comparison on the SDDE and the MTC programs. I am pretty sure I am going with MTC, but I think I will learn to use the Sihouette Studio that came with it just so I can learn the basics! Thank you for all your very informative videos... I don't think I could do it without you! :)
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the MILLION hits!
