Giveaway No.5 (last one!)


It has been an insanely fun week and I am so sad that my vacation has come to an end. Tuesday is the last day that we'll be in California.

Boo. :(

Some of you may recall that my youngest daughter has a lovey we call Pan-Dee. Pan-Dee is a little stuffed panda that my baby brings everywhere with her. In fact, I wrote a few mini Pan-Dee stories just for her. Click on any of the following pictures to read the story.




Because of Pan-Dee, my baby is very much into pandas. Recently when she was asked which country she would like to visit the most, she said China "...because pandas live there.". She had no idea there are pandas right here in California! When Hubby and I planned our itinerary, a trip to see a real live panda was a must-do. And that's what we did. ;-)

    The San Diego Zoo. Maybe you need to plan a trip to see all the Pandas in the US. We have a wonderful Panda family right here in Atlanta.

    I'm guessing the San Deigo Zoo. We also have pandas at the Atlanta Zoo and I think there is a web cam so you can see them any time.

    San Diego Zoo!! I also had a panda stuffed animal when I was a child and he went every where I did, even to school. His name was Bear Bear. ahhh sweet memories :) Have a safe trip home!

    It's the San Diego Zoo - we've been there. The San Diego Wild Animal Park is also awesome since you see the animals in natural settings.

    san diego zoo!! We used to live in san diego. Our 2nd child was born across the street from the zoo at the san diego naval hospital. We would go to the zoo after my checkups. At that time they didn't have a panda. Instead they had a man sitting in there in a lazyboy recliner and ran contests. It was pretty funny.

    Awe! I love pandas, they were my HS mascot. You are at the San Diego Zoo. We went last summer and the line was too long for the pandas. Maybe next time!

    Sorry to hear your wonderful vacation in So. CA is coming to an end. I'm happy you went to the San Diego Zoo!! You were actually very close to where I lived when I was in San Diego. I'm not sure if they still have the Panda Cam, they had it when they were doing the breeding program, it was so awesome to watch the baby pandas!! I hope you had a great day!! Did you have a chance to go our to the Wild Animal Park? It's awesome too!!

    The Panda's at the San Diego Zoo are AWESOME!! My hubby and daughter were taking bets on how long it would be before the zoo security would have to go in and drag me out of the exibit!! LOL they are so facinating! My DS had about 30 pandas...his first one was called "CUTIE" Aawwwwe.... :)
