  3. OMG I have tried to find these ever since I got my LD Newsletter, I even email LD support asking them where they were.

I noticed the Cat and Owlie on your FB sneak peak Jin on the right. I wanted these so bad.

  4. How cute!!! But you have to stop. I've been to LD twice this week and soon I will be in big trouble with DH! How can I resist these?? I do have the mailbox, and I just finished putting it together. I must say it was a challenge, but I like the outcome even though it doesn't look as good as yours!

  6. Thank you Jin for showing this and I just placed my order. I volunteer at a no-kill cat shelter so guess which one of these all the staff are getting for Valentine's? Thank you again for showing these and especially for your generosity in sharing how to use them.
    I "heart" you. Barbara

  11. @Vickie and stuartcalls, I just emailed LD to check what's going on. Keep an eye on the FB box on the right side of this page, I'll post on my FB page when the set is back on the LD site.

  12. These are adorable. I have to ask...how big did you make them?

  13. @Anne-Marie, I used the Scotch Scrapbooking Tape to close the flap.

@Annetter DeYoung, each bag measures approximately 3"x3". I imported the SVG at "Actual" and 72 DPI.

  14. Hello Jin,

I wanted to pop in and thank you so much for sharing this project. I was so smitten with it that I had to buy the file. I'm very new to MTC and this was a great first real project to try, thanks to you and your helpful blog. I made almost all of the critters and gave the treats to my daughters this afternoon, their teachers and a group of special friends we hang out with after school. They were a huge hit. I've posted them on my blog here, http://tomshack.blogspot.com/2011/02/valentine-treat-boxes.html and gave you credit for the idea.

Thank you so much for your wonderful blog and all your helpful tutorials! Happy Valentine's Day!

  15. I just stumbled across these boxes and have fallen in love with them!! Perhaps because I'm three years behind the times, the links do not seem to work any longer. I've gone to Lettering Delights and can only find the boxes in the gallery. Are they still available? I'm hoping so!! If not, please know that they are absolutely adorable (especially that wonderful cat!) and I think you've done a fabulous job!!

    1. Hi Kate, the SVG files were retired by LD last year but I have requested that they bring them back. LD has kindly agreed to do so and I will post on my blog as soon as I know that it is back on the site. Please check back again as the files will be available soon. :)
